Gift voucher terms

1. Issuer

  1. Gift vouchers are issued by TURET PRAGA s.r.o., Company ID 19924828, VAT ID CZ19924828, registered office at Dlouhá 715/38, 110 00 Prague 1 – Staré Město, premises at Lublaňská 695/30, 120 00 Prague 2 – Vinohrady (“TURET”). Contact: info@turet.cz, +420 602 357 632.

2. Types of vouchers

  1. Amount voucher: can be used for food, drinks and tastings at TURET (and in the turet.cz online shop once it launches).
  2. Online shop voucher: can only be used to buy goods in the turet.cz online shop, where you enter the code when completing your order; it cannot be used at the venue or for tastings. Otherwise the same terms as for the amount voucher apply (use in several orders, validity, transferability).
  3. Tasting voucher: admission for the stated number of people to a guided TURET tasting currently offered on turet.cz (subject to availability). The voucher covers each person up to the value stated on it (voucher value ÷ number of people); if the tasting is more expensive you pay the difference, if it is cheaper the difference is not refunded. A tasting voucher cannot be used for wine, food or other services.

3. Purchase

  1. Online: complete the order and pay by bank transfer or QR code within 3 days. Once the payment is credited, we e-mail you the voucher as a PDF. The contract is concluded on receipt of payment; unpaid orders are cancelled after 3 days.
  2. At TURET: by cash or card; we print the voucher or send it by e-mail.

4. Validity

  1. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of payment; the expiry date is shown on the voucher.
  2. After expiry the voucher cannot be used and its value is not refunded. You may ask for an extension before it expires at info@turet.cz.

5. Using the voucher

  1. Show the voucher to our staff (printed or on your phone); for tastings, enter the code when booking online.
  2. An amount voucher can be used over several visits until it is used up. If the bill is higher, you pay the difference. Any unused balance cannot be paid out in cash.
  3. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18.

6. Transferability and loss

  1. The voucher is transferable: anyone presenting a valid code can use it, so please keep the code safe like cash.
  2. If you lose it, we will gladly re-send it to the buyer's e-mail. We are not liable for misuse of the code by third parties.

7. Right of withdrawal (online purchase)

  1. As a consumer, you may withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving a reason within 14 days of payment, provided the voucher has not been used, even partially. You can withdraw using the “Withdraw from the contract” button on the order page (the link is in the e-mail with your voucher), by e-mail to info@turet.cz or by post. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.
  2. We refund the money within 14 days of the withdrawal to the account the payment came from; the voucher then becomes invalid.
  3. Model withdrawal form (optional): “Notice of withdrawal from the contract. To: TURET PRAGA s.r.o., Dlouhá 715/38, 110 00 Prague 1, info@turet.cz. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of gift voucher no. …… , ordered on …… . Name of consumer: …… . Address of consumer: …… . Date: …… . Signature (only if notified on paper): …… .”

8. Complaints, disputes and personal data

  1. Please send complaints to info@turet.cz; we handle them within 30 days. Out-of-court consumer disputes: Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz, adr.coi.cz).
  2. We process personal data according to the privacy policy on turet.cz. These terms are governed by Czech law; in case of discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
