Terms of the tastings

1. Introduction

  1. These terms govern bookings of and participation in guided wine tastings organised by TURET PRAGA s.r.o., Company ID 19924828, VAT ID CZ19924828, registered office at Dlouhá 715/38, 110 00 Prague 1 – Staré Město, premises at Lublaňská 695/30, 120 00 Prague 2 – Vinohrady (“TURET”, “we”).
  2. Contact: rezervace@turet.cz, +420 602 357 632.

2. Booking and conclusion of the contract

  1. You book seats on turet.cz using the form of the specific tasting. Up to 8 seats can be booked online, no later than 6 hours before the start.
  2. After you submit the form, we hold the seats until the payment deadline (usually 24 hours, but no later than 48 hours before the event; 2 hours for bookings made shortly before the event). If the payment does not arrive by the deadline, the booking lapses and the seats are released.
  3. The contract is concluded when we receive your payment. We will e-mail you the booking confirmation with your ticket.

3. Price and payment

  1. The price is per person and includes VAT. You pay in advance by bank transfer or QR code to our Fio banka account, using the variable symbol provided. Payment is made when it is credited to our account.
  2. You can pay part of the price with a TURET gift voucher (enter the code in the form).
  3. If the payment arrives after the deadline, we restore the booking if seats are still available; otherwise we refund the payment within 14 days. A partial payment not completed by the deadline is also refunded.

4. Age of participants

  1. Tastings are only for persons aged 18 and over (Czech Act No. 65/2017 Coll.). By booking you confirm that all participants are 18 or older. Our staff may ask for an ID.
  2. We do not serve alcohol to anyone under 18 or visibly intoxicated.

5. Cancellation by the guest

  1. You can cancel your booking at any time using the link in the e-mail or on the booking page, or by e-mail or phone.
  2. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start, we refund the full amount within 14 days (usually within 5 business days) to the account the payment came from, and any voucher used becomes valid again.
  3. If you cancel later than 48 hours before the start or do not attend, the price is not refunded. Someone else may take your place – just let us know.
  4. Under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date; the cancellation rules above apply instead.

6. Cancellation or changes by TURET

  1. If we have to cancel a tasting (e.g. the sommelier falls ill), we will let you know by e-mail and refund the full amount, or offer another date by agreement.
  2. The selection of wines may exceptionally change (e.g. a vintage sells out); we will replace it with a comparable wine.

7. During the tasting

  1. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. Parts of the tasting missed due to late arrival cannot be repeated.
  2. Please mention allergies and special requests in the booking note.

8. Complaints and disputes

  1. Please send complaints to rezervace@turet.cz. We will handle them without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.
  2. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz, adr.coi.cz) handles out-of-court consumer disputes.

9. Personal data and final provisions

  1. We process personal data to handle your booking in accordance with the privacy policy on turet.cz.
  2. These terms are governed by Czech law. The version in effect on the day of booking applies. In case of discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
