Pinot Blanc from Holý kopec in the excellent 2021 vintage. Partly fermented and aged in old wooden casks, seven months on fine lees. Hazelnut, toast and butter; full and smooth, with a long mineral finish.

A small family winery in Kobylí in the Velké Pavlovice subregion of Moravia. It is run by Robert and Daniela together with Daniela's father Antonín, who has tended the vines for more than thirty years. The wines are made in a converted double garage – traditionally, with a lot of handwork and in small quantities. They buy no grapes: everything comes from their own vineyards around Kobylí and Němčičky.
