A Blaufränkisch rosé from the Lizniperky and Novosády vineyards in Němčičky. The winemakers call it unshowy and not sweet: dry, mineral, juicy and delicate. A rosé for any time of day.

A small family winery in Kobylí in the Velké Pavlovice subregion of Moravia. It is run by Robert and Daniela together with Daniela's father Antonín, who has tended the vines for more than thirty years. The wines are made in a converted double garage – traditionally, with a lot of handwork and in small quantities. They buy no grapes: everything comes from their own vineyards around Kobylí and Němčičky.
