A family house in Chouilly, a Grand Cru village of the Côte des Blancs, founded in 1991 by François Legras and his wife Brigitte, née Haas. François comes from a family that has grown vines in Chouilly for four centuries. Today the house is run by their three sons, Olivier, Rémi and Jérôme. The family farms around 37 ha – mostly Chardonnay in Chouilly, plus vineyards in Vitry and Les Riceys.
