A dry Sauvignon Blanc from Yatir's Darom range, vintage 2021, from vineyards in the Negev desert (Mitzpe Ramon, Arad). Fermented in stainless steel and aged four months in concrete tanks: fresh, juicy and fruity with a light herbal note.

Yatir Winery (Darom)
Negev, Israel
A winery in southern Israel on the edge of the Negev desert, owned by the Jesselson family, who also own the large Carmel winery. Besides the flagship Yatir wines it makes the more accessible Darom (“south”) line from grapes grown in the Negev and the Arad Valley. The head winemaker is Eran Goldwasser.
