A winery in southern Israel on the edge of the Negev desert, owned by the Jesselson family, who also own the large Carmel winery. Besides the flagship Yatir wines it makes the more accessible Darom (“south”) line from grapes grown in the Negev and the Arad Valley. The head winemaker is Eran Goldwasser.
