Reservation terms

Effective from 10 October 2026

1. General

These terms govern table reservations at TURET Wine Bar & Bistro, Lublaňská 695/30, 120 00 Prague 2 (operated by TURET PRAGA s.r.o., Company ID 19924828). Reservations are free of charge.

2. Making a reservation

Online reservations are available for 1–8 guests, at least 30 minutes and at most 60 days in advance. A reservation is completed by confirming the link sent to your e-mail; unconfirmed reservations are released after 60 minutes. Reservations for up to 4 guests are confirmed automatically, larger groups are confirmed by us personally. For 9 or more guests and private events please send us an enquiry.

3. Duration

You choose the length of your reservation: at least 1 hour, at most until closing time (the whole evening). The table is held for you for the chosen time and a short while after for cleaning. If you are running late, please let us know by phone so we can keep your table.

4. Changes and cancellation

You can cancel your reservation free of charge at any time using the link in your e-mail or by phone. Please let us know as early as possible so that the table can go to other guests. For changes, please cancel and make a new reservation or call us.

5. Tastings

Tasting reservations with advance payment follow the separate tasting terms.

6. Personal data

We process your name, e-mail address, optional phone number and note only to manage your reservation (legal basis: performance of a contract), including the reminder and a thank-you e-mail with a link to a review. We keep reservation data for 24 months after the visit, then anonymise it. News by e-mail is sent only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
