A small Pomerol (4.5 ha) owned by the Janoueix family, its vines wrapping around the famous Le Pin next to Vieux Château Certan. Almost pure Merlot from clay and gravel, aged in new French oak. Ripe, generous and supple.

A small estate (about 4 ha) in the heart of Pomerol, on the gravel terrace opposite Château Petit Village and close to Vieux Château Certan and Le Pin. The Janoueix family bought it in 1932, during the Depression; since 1999 Jean-Philippe Janoueix has run it. Almost pure Merlot with a little Cabernet Franc, bottled without fining or filtration.
