Winemaker
Fratelli Ferrero
Piedmont, Italy
A family winery in the hamlet of Annunziata in La Morra, in the heart of Barolo. Founded in 1930, it is now run by the third generation – Renato Ferrero with his wife Nina and their two children. The family looks after the old Manzoni cellar from 1750, named after the neighbouring vineyard; from this highest and driest plot (about 1 ha) comes Barolo Bricco Manzoni, made only in the best vintages.
