Odem Mountain Winery

A family winery of the Alfasi family, founded in 2003 in a wooded setting in the northern Golan Heights; it has made kosher wines since 2007. The winemaker is Adam Alfasi. In 2025 it was the first Israeli winery invited to James Suckling's Great Wines World event in New York.
