Winemaker
Falasco Wines
Mendoza, Argentina
A family winery from Mendoza. The story began in 1939, when immigrant Octavio Rufino Falasco arrived in Argentina and at first sold his wine from a barrel mounted on a bicycle. Over time he bought land and built a winery in San Martín, eastern Mendoza. Today the third generation, Jorge Daniel Falasco, runs it; Malbec Hermandad comes from vineyards in Vista Flores in the Uco Valley, at over 1,100 m.
