Château Lanessan
Bordeaux, France
An estate in Cussac-Fort-Médoc in the Haut-Médoc appellation, next to Saint-Julien. It was founded in 1793 by Jean Delbos, and his descendants of the Bouteiller family held it for over two centuries (after Marie-Louise Delbos married Étienne Bouteiller in 1907). The Tudor-style château dates from 1878. The family expanded the vineyard to 80 ha; since 2022 Treasury Wine Estates has been the majority owner.
