Château Grand-Puy-Lacoste
Bordeaux, France
A Fifth Growth (1855) in Pauillac. Vines were grown here as early as the 16th century; the estate is named after the Lacoste family, who held it from the early 18th to the late 19th century. Since 1978 it has belonged to the Borie family (also known for Ducru-Beaucaillou), and since 2003 François-Xavier Borie has run it. Classic Pauillac – Cabernet Sauvignon, structure and a long life in bottle.
